Lakisha Young is a transformational leader, author, speaker, minister, Youth Pastor, corporate executive, wife, and mother of six. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she is dedicated to developing people and empowering others to reach their potential.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Retail Management and a Master's Degree in Executive Coaching, combining education with real-world leadership to build strong leaders and high-performing teams.
As a Senior Regional Manager, Lakisha leads over 200 employees, focusing on people-first leadership to drive growth and results. She also serves as a Youth Pastor, mentoring and equipping the next generation with faith, leadership, and life skills.
Lakisha is the author of Find the Leader Within, a guide designed to help individuals grow, overcome challenges, and lead with confidence and purpose. Through speaking, coaching, and mentoring, she inspires others to embrace their calling and lead authentically.
